This lot comprises two N scale 1:160 static display model locomotives. The first is a German outline electric locomotive of the DB BR 103.1 class. The body is constructed from plastic with a cream and maroon painted finish, featuring silver-toned side grilles and red pantograph assemblies to the roof. A printed DB logo and the identification number 103 132-7 are located on the lower maroon section. It is housed in a clear plastic protective blister pack on a grey plastic display base. The base features a printed German flag with the legend GERMANY and a central rectangular label reading DB BR 103.1. The second item is a Mikado L1 Pennsylvania Railroad steam locomotive with a separate tender. The locomotive and tender are constructed from black plastic with metal wheels and screws. The cab side is printed with the number 1662 in gold-tone, and the tender features the legend PENNSYLVANIA. The tender includes a simulated coal load. The underside of the locomotive is fixed with screws to a black support beam which is embossed N SCALE 1:160. The grey plastic display base is marked with a label reading MIKADO L1 PENNSYLVANIA RAILROAD. No maker’s marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the items beyond the model identifications and scale markings.

Condition report:

The DB BR 103.1 locomotive appears complete with pantographs and couplers intact. There is a layer of surface dust visible on the cream-coloured roof and side sections. The Mikado L1 steam locomotive shows minor rubbing to the gold-tone PENNSYLVANIA lettering on the tender side. The black matte finish is generally well-preserved. Both models remain on their respective display tracks. The DB locomotive is supplied in a clear plastic blister pack; the steam locomotive is unboxed.
