Lot 92: Wessex Mint 1 Gram .999 Fine Silver Bullion Bar
A Wessex Mint bullion bar of rectangular form with rounded corners. The obverse is struck with an illustration of Britannia standing with a trident and a shield bearing the Union Jack, with the legend BRITANNIA struck vertically along the left margin. The lower half of the bar features a circular motif containing a runic monogram consisting of the characters P and M, followed by the text WESSEX MINT and TM. The base is struck with the weight and fineness reading 1 GRAM and 999 FINE SILVER. No maker’s marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the item.

The bar shows signs of environmental exposure and handling. The obverse exhibits significant dark toning and tarnish across the field and devices.
