An APMEX silver round, struck from 1/2 troy ounce of .999 fine silver. The obverse features a central heraldic eagle motif set against a backdrop of vertical stripes and thirteen stars. The design is bordered by the struck legends AMERICAN PRECIOUS METALS EXCHANGE, .999 FINE, and 1/2 TROY OUNCE. The reverse bears the corporate brand name APMEX positioned above the inscriptions AMERICAN PRECIOUS METALS EXCHANGE and WWW.APMEX.COM. The rim is struck with the further legends 1/2 TROY OUNCE and .999+ FINE SILVER. The round features a reeded edge. No government denomination is present.

Condition report:
The coin shows signs of environmental exposure and handling. The obverse displays scattered fine surface scratches, minor contact marks, and areas of brownish toning, particularly concentrated within the recessed lettering and the eagle design (photo 1). The reverse shows similar light surface scratching and contact marks across the fields, with light toning present around the central lettering (photo 2). No protective capsule or case is supplied.
