Lot 108: A Lindner Coin Display Tray with Forty-Eight Compartments
A coin display tray of rectangular form, featuring a grey base and a transparent slide-in lid. The interior is fitted with a red flocked insert divided into a grid of forty-eight square compartments. The front edge features a protruding pull-tab with a white inset label reading LINDNER. No other maker’s marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the item.
Condition report:
The tray shows signs of use and handling. There is an accumulation of surface dust and small white fibres trapped within the red flocking across the interior grid (photo 1). The transparent lid exhibits light surface scratching consistent with sliding wear (photo 2). The item is supplied with its original transparent slide-in lid.
