This lot comprises a pair of glass pedestal bowls, featuring a flared rim and an integrated stem supported by a circular foot. The body of each bowl is decorated with three arched panels containing a deep moulded diamond-hatched pattern, alternating with plain smooth sections. The circular base features a radiant twelve-point star design on the underside. The glass is clear and shows high clarity. No maker’s marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the items. A circular manufacturing mark is present at the centre of the base underside, though it contains no readable characters or symbols.
Condition report:
The items appear in good condition. There are no chips, cracks, or fleabites visible to the flared rims or the circular feet (photo 1). Minor surface wear and faint scratches are present on the interior surfaces and the undersides of the bases (photo 2). A manufacturing mould line is visible on the exterior of the bowl (photo 3). No original packaging is supplied.
