Coins, Gold & Silver Bullion Auction
A 1988 UK Royal Mint proof coin collection. The set comprises a collection of coins including one pound, fifty pence, twenty pence, ten pence, five pence, two pence, and one penny denominations. Each coin is struck to proof quality with frosted relief and mirrored fields. The collection is housed in its original clear plastic display case, contained within a blue leatherette presentation box. A square black plastic plaque is included, embossed with a crown and the text Elizabeth R 1988.
Condition report:
All coins remain in as-issued proof condition with no visible signs of circulation, wear, or significant toning. The clear plastic display case and blue leatherette box are in excellent condition with no visible damage.
