This silver 50 pence coin was issued by the Royal Mint as part of the commemorative series for the London 2012 Olympic Games. The obverse features the fourth definitive coinage portrait of Queen Elizabeth II by Ian Rank-Broadley, with the legend ELIZABETH II D G REG F D 2011. The reverse features the boxing design created by Shane Abery. This coin is struck in silver. It is housed in a clear plastic protective capsule with a black foam insert.

Condition report:
The coin is in uncirculated condition and retains its original luster. It displays prominent iridescent toning in shades of purple and blue across both the obverse and reverse. There are no significant contact marks or abrasions visible.
