A set of eight coins issued by the Royal Mint as the King Charles III Definitives 2023 UK Brilliant Uncirculated Coin Set. The collection consists of eight denominations including a bimetallic two pounds, a dodecagonal bimetallic one pound, heptagonal fifty pence and twenty pence, and round ten pence, five pence, two pence, and one penny coins. All reverse designs feature a unified repeating geometric lattice pattern on the lower field. The motifs represent British flora and fauna: the floral emblems of the four nations (two pounds), two bees (one pound), an Atlantic salmon (fifty pence), a puffin (twenty pence), a capercaillie (ten pence), oak leaves and acorns (five pence), a red squirrel (two pence), and a hazel dormouse (one penny). The coins are struck in standard circulating compositions including copper-plated steel, cupro-nickel, and bimetallic alloys. The set is housed in its original white card presentation folder with the printed title King Charles III Definitives 2023 UK BRILLIANT UNCIRCULATED COIN SET.
Condition report:
Brilliant uncirculated. All coins exhibit full original mint lustre with no signs of wear, circulation, or environmental toning. The card presentation folder is in excellent condition.
