A silvered commemorative proof medal, often referred to as a crown, presented in a protective acrylic capsule. The piece features frosted relief against mirrored fields. The reverse design incorporates selective red colourisation on five floral elements and the incised inscription LEST WE FORGET. The accompanying presentation booklet is titled A WAR TO END ALL WARS and includes historical photography and text relating to the First World War.
Condition report:
The medal is in uncirculated proof condition with no visible handling marks or oxidation. The booklet is in excellent condition, showing sharp corners and clean surfaces.
