1989 UK commemorative two pound coin (KM# 953) issued by the Royal Mint to celebrate the tercentenary of the Bill of Rights. The coin is housed in its original Royal Mint tri-fold presentation folder. Struck in nickel-brass, the reverse features the Bill of Rights commemorative design by John Lobban, incorporating an interlaced W and M monogram and the dates 1689 and 1989. The obverse features the Raphael Maklouf portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. The packaging includes historical text and map illustrations.
Condition report:
The coin remains in brilliant uncirculated condition with original mint luster and no signs of handling. The presentation folder exhibits minor shelf wear and light creasing to the edges and corners.
