Two die-cast metal aircraft models depicting historic four-engine heavy bombers. The first model represents a Boeing B-29 Superfortress, finished in a silver-coloured livery with United States Army Air Forces (USAAF) markings and clear plastic cockpit glazing. The second model represents an Avro Lancaster, featuring a two-tone light blue and grey camouflage scheme on the upper surfaces and a black underside, bearing Royal Air Force (RAF) roundel markings and clear plastic glazing for the cockpit and turrets. Both models are of die-cast metal construction. A small paper sticker with the handwritten digits 713 is adhered to the underside of the Lancaster model. No manufacturer marks are present on either aircraft.
Condition report:
Both models are in used condition with significant components missing. The B-29 Superfortress shows damage to the propellers, with many blades broken or absent. The Avro Lancaster is missing all four propellers entirely. Both models exhibit general paint wear and surface scuffs. Original display stands and packaging are not included.
