Two framed works consisting of a landscape painting and an architectural print. The first is an oil or acrylic on board depicting a snowy winter scene with a red-roofed cottage, a frozen stream, and birch trees under a lavender-toned sky. It is signed Carlton Lees in the lower right and housed in an ornate, gilded rococo-style frame with a fabric-covered inner slip. The second is a monochrome architectural print titled THE TOWER OF LONDON. It displays multiple vignettes of the fortress, including the White Tower, Traitors Gate, and a central section titled JANE featuring an executioner’s block and axe. The print bears the inscription W.H. PRIOR del. at the lower edge and is presented in a double blue and red mount within a dark wood frame.

Condition report:
The landscape painting and frame are in generally good condition with some minor surface wear and small losses to the gilding on the frame edges. The architectural print exhibits significant foxing and brown spotting across the paper surface. The frame for the print shows minor scuffs.
