The cards are professionally mounted within dark green card mounts and housed in dark wood-effect frames with gilt inner slips. The publisher is identified as John Player and Sons, a branch of the Imperial Tobacco Co.

Condition report:

The cards appear to be in good, bright condition with no significant signs of foxing or fading visible through the glass. The mounts are clean and the cards are well-aligned. The frames and glazing are in overall good condition, showing only minor shelf wear and light surface scratches consistent with age and handling.
