The collection includes a 1973 United Kingdom 50 pence coin commemorating the accession to the European Economic Community (KM-918) in a plastic sleeve, an Isle of Man 50 pence with a motorcycle design, a 1962 sixpence, and a George VI coin with the bare head obverse. The pieces are composed of cupro-nickel and silver-coloured alloys. The case interior features a cream lining with the Royal Mint crest and name.
Condition report:
The coins display varying degrees of wear from circulated to uncirculated. Visible surface toning and light handling marks are present. The 1973 commemorative coin remains in its protective plastic sleeve which shows light creasing. The presentation case shows minor exterior wear and slight discolouration to the internal lining.
