A 2021 UK commemorative 50 pence coin, struck to mark the 50th anniversary of Decimal Day. This cupro-nickel issue features a reverse design incorporating fragments of pre-decimal coinage, including a shilling, florin, and sixpence, with a central legend 1971 DECIMAL DAY. The specimen is struck to a Brilliant Uncirculated standard. It is contained within its original Royal Mint dark blue carded presentation folder, which bears the printed text UNITED KINGDOM 50p and a holographic BRILLIANT UNCIRCULATED CERTIFIED seal.
Condition report:
Uncirculated. The coin shows bright surfaces with no visible wear or detractions. The presentation card is in excellent condition.
