A Neoclassical style table lamp with a cream-coloured ceramic base. The base is shaped as a classical urn resting on a tiered square pedestal foot, featuring moulded relief ornamentation of acanthus leaves and floral scrolls, highlighted with gilt-toned bands. The large multi-paneled cream fabric shade is highly decorative, featuring gold-braided trim and double-layered swags of cream fringe with suspended tassels. The lamp is fitted with a white electrical cord and a UK three-pin plug.
Lamp base height: approximately 32 cm
Shade height: approximately 28 cm.
Condition report:
The lamp base is structurally sound with only minor surface marks consistent with use. The lampshade shows some slight tangling and displacement to the fringe. Please note that the electrical fittings have not been PAT tested and must be inspected by a qualified electrician before use.
