A Beswick ceramic figurine of a standing Ayrshire calf, model number 1249B. The piece is finished in a high-gloss glaze with a chestnut brown and white piebald coat, a dark brown face, and black-painted hooves. The underside features the manufacturer’s mark BESWICK ENGLAND stamped in black ink. A small circular vent hole is located on the underside of the belly, and a white adhesive label with the handwritten number 756 is also present.
Condition report:
The figurine appears to be in good condition with no visible chips, cracks, or signs of restoration.
