Buyer's Premium:

A collection of philatelic material and ephemera commemorating royal weddings, primarily the 1981 marriage of H.R.H. Prince Charles and Lady Diana Spencer. The group includes a UK 1981 British Post Office souvenir folder containing stamps SG 1160 and SG 1161. Multiple British Commonwealth territories are represented, including Anguilla, Antigua, Barbuda, Grenada, Grenada Grenadines, Caicos Islands, Jamaica, Lesotho, Turks & Caicos, and Kenya. Featured items include Antigua sheets with Bend & Peel technology in 25c, $1, and $2 denominations and a Jamaica silver-toned commemorative sheet. The stamps are perforated and produced via lithographic and photogravure printing methods. Portraits of the Royal Family and the bridal couples are depicted. One Antigua souvenir sheet includes edition number 29699. The lot also contains a blue folder with gold lettering marking the 1986 Royal Wedding.

Condition report:

The stamps are in mint uncancelled condition, with many appearing as mint never hinged (MNH). Centring is generally fine to very fine across the issues. Perforations are largely intact. The commemorative folders and souvenir sheets exhibit minor handling marks and light edge wear consistent with age.
