Description
A decorative screenprint on a mirrored glass substrate, depicting a traditional English canal scene. The composition features a heavy horse in harness towing a narrowboat along a waterway, led by a man dressed in a green waistcoat and flat cap. The central image is surrounded by a triple-banded gilt slip and wide mirrored borders. The work is housed in a dark wood-effect frame with a gilt-lined inner edge. No artist signature, edition number, or publisher marks are visible on the front of the piece.

Condition report:
The glass surface exhibits light smudging and minor internal spotting consistent with the age of mirror-backed prints. The frame shows minor surface wear and light scuffing to the edges.
