Description
A nautical themed desk clock and organiser featuring a ship wheel style mantel clock mounted above a hinged base. The piece is constructed from dark wood-toned material with gold-tone metal accents, decorative chains, and an anchor motif. The primary clock face depicts a sailing ship on the sea and contains the printed text About our story / could make you happy / make you feel my love. The curved base houses a second, smaller clock dial on its front face and opens via a hinge to reveal an internal tiered black plastic desk organiser compartment. A small oval metal badge is present on the front of the base featuring a ship graphic and characters that are not clearly legible. The reverse of the hinged lid reveals a battery-operated quartz movement with standard controls.
Height: approximately 30cm.
Condition report:
The item is in fair condition with visible surface dust and minor wear to the exterior finish and gold-tone accents. The working condition of the quartz movements has not been tested.
