This collection consists of an assortment of ephemera including photographs, prints, and a numismatic cover primarily focused on British maritime and canal history. The lot includes a Captain James Cook Silver Coin Cover featuring stamps and a commemorative silver coin. A large format black and white photograph is present with the printed inscription Braunston Top Lock, Grand Junction Canal, 1904, depicting a historical canal scene with figures and a narrowboat. Another large format black and white photograph shows a barge and figures on a towpath. The collection includes a printed informational sheet titled The Vosper which provides technical specifications and historical notes regarding the craft’s service in 1947 and its association with HMS Vanguard and the Royal Yacht Britannia. Also included is an assortment of smaller photographs and postcards depicting UK coastal scenes, lighthouses, harbours, townscapes, and industrial waterway views. Condition report:

The items appear to be in generally good condition. Many pieces are individually housed in protective plastic sleeves. There are no major tears, heavy folds, or significant foxing visible on the displayed items. Some smaller prints exhibit slight curling.
