Lot 82: A .999 Silver One Gram Round
A contemporary one gram silver round featuring a polished smiley face motif on the obverse. The design consists of two vertical oval eyes and a curved, upturned mouth with short horizontal bars at each end, all set against a dark, textured field. The reverse is dominated by a central embossed logo composed of stylised geometric shapes forming a monogram. Above this device is the struck inscription 1 GRAM and below is the fineness .999 SILVER. The round is finished with a raised rim on both faces and exhibits a dark, antiqued patina across the recessed areas. No maker’s name is readable on the item.
Condition report:
The round shows signs of handling and storage. The obverse displays numerous fine surface scratches and abrasions across the dark field and the polished smiley face motif. The reverse exhibits similar light contact marks and fine scratches, particularly to the raised lettering and central logo. Minor nicks and irregularities are present along the rim on both sides. The item is not supplied with a protective capsule or original packaging.
