A UK commemorative medal of circular form, struck in 999 fine silver. The obverse features a colour-printed Union Jack flag design overlaid with a line drawing of a horse-drawn carriage and the inscription 1 OZ SILVER 999. The reverse displays a heraldic shield with a Union Jack pattern, flanked by a lion and a unicorn and surmounted by a crown. A printed inscription to the right of the shield reads T.B.L. MINT.
