Lot 543: A Framed Signed Paul Gascoigne Euro 96 England v Scotland Football Shirt

A framed commemorative display featuring a signed England national football team home jersey and associated photographs of Paul Gascoigne. The white jersey, of typical Umbro manufacture, features a blue and teal bordered number 8 to the centre, positioned below a Three Lions crest and the printed brand name UMBRO. An internal neck label is visible displaying the UMBRO logo and the size XL. The front of the jersey bears a hand-signed signature in black marker, reading PAUL GASCOIGNE. The display incorporates three colour photographs documenting the Euro 96 match against Scotland, including the lob over Colin Hendry and the Dentist’s Chair celebration. A silver-toned plaque is mounted at the base, inscribed PAUL GASCOIGNE / EURO 96 VS. SCOTLAND. The items are presented within a multi-aperture white mount with blue bevelled edges, housed in a black wooden frame under glass. No other maker’s marks, signatures, or labels are visible.
