A copper bullion round from the Germania Mint series. The obverse depicts the personification of Germania seated upon a throne, holding a sword and a shield featuring a double-headed eagle. A raven is depicted at her feet, and the background features an arched architectural frame with foliate and Celtic-inspired knotwork motifs. The upper edge bears the struck legend GERMANIA 2023, while an inscription to the left of the figure reads 1/2 oz Cu .999. The reverse features a double-headed eagle clutching lightning bolts within a laurel wreath. The upper edge is struck with 1/2 MARK and the lower edge with GERMANIA. A small heraldic shield mark is visible to the lower right of the eagle. The piece is struck in .999 fine copper.

Condition report:
The round is in Brilliant Uncirculated condition, showing a uniform bright copper colour. The obverse displays some very minor surface abrasions and fine contact marks, most notably on the raised portions of the throne and the figure\'s robes. The reverse exhibits minor edge nicks and light handling marks consistent with bulk storage. No significant toning, milk spots, or deep scratches are present. The item is not supplied with a protective capsule or original packaging.
