The obverse of each coin features the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II with the legend ELIZABETH II D·G·REG·F·D·1983. The reverse designs include the Royal Coat of Arms on the one pound, Britannia on the fifty pence, a crowned Tudor rose on the twenty pence, a crowned lion on the ten pence, a crowned thistle on the five pence, the Prince of Wales feathers on the two pence, a crowned portcullis on the one penny, and a crowned St Edward’s Crown on the half penny. The folder interior is printed with ROYAL MINT in blue script alongside the Royal Arms. The exterior of the packaging is printed with UNITED KINGDOM UNCIRCULATED COIN COLLECTION 1983 and includes a diagonal banner reading INCLUDING THE NEW £1 COIN.

Condition report:

The coins are in brilliant uncirculated condition, exhibiting original mint lustre with no visible wear to the high points of the designs. The copper-nickel and bronze surfaces appear bright and free from significant toning or environmental spotting. The card presentation folder remains intact with crisp edges, though shows minor handling marks to the white surfaces. The internal clear plastic film securing the coins is well-preserved.
