Start price: £25

Estimated price: £40 - £60

Buyer's Premium:

A Silver Cross Wayfarer Special Edition pram system featuring a black metal chassis and coordinating fabric components. The set comprises a removable bassinet with a white padded interior and a fabric apron, alongside a separate pushchair seat unit equipped with a five-point safety harness and a patterned fabric liner. The fabric set is decorated throughout with a safari-themed pattern consisting of repeating black silhouettes of elephants and lions on a grey ground. The height-adjustable handle is fitted with a central chrome-finished grip and a black textured surround. A matching safari-print changing bag is attached to the handle. The chassis includes a black under-seat fabric shopping basket and four wheels with silver-tone accents. The chrome handle grip features an embossed cursive script reading SILVER CROSS. The frame rails bear printed white text reading SPECIAL EDITION. Circular black plastic components on the seat and carrycot units are embossed with the cursive script SILVER CROSS. The fabric seat liner features an embroidered cursive script reading SILVER CROSS. No other labels or country of origin marks are visible.

Condition report:

The pram system exhibits signs of regular use and handling throughout. The black finish on the metal chassis shows numerous scuffs, scratches, and paint losses, particularly to the lower frame and wheel assemblies (photo 3). The black handle grip material is heavily scuffed and worn on the left-hand side (photo 2). The chrome-finished handle section shows fine surface scratching (photo 1). The fabric components are generally intact, though the white carrycot liner displays light staining and marks consistent with use (photo 5). The printed safari fabrics appear well-maintained. A safety bumper bar for the seat unit is not present. Original packaging and instructions are not included.
