A circular glass paperweight featuring a cobalt blue internal ground and an etched surface design. The central motif depicts a figure in medieval costume battling a lion, with internal white and blue swirled trailing decoration visible around the outer rim. The top surface is etched with the inscriptions RICHARD I and GRANTED DONCASTER THE 1ST ROYAL CHARTER 1194. The item is accompanied by a red textured presentation box and a printed white card label.
