Lot 94: UK 2026 Charles III Britannia 999 Fine Silver 50 Pence Coin
A UK 2026 Britannia coin, featuring a left-facing profile portrait of King Charles III on the obverse. The reverse depicts the standing figure of Britannia holding a trident and a shield decorated with the Union Flag, positioned before a background of repeating wave patterns. The obverse displays significant surface scratching and pitting across the profile of the King and within the textured fields, accompanied by surface dulling. The reverse exhibits numerous fine surface scratches, notably across the figure of Britannia and the surrounding inscriptions, together with localized pitting and light toning.
