Lot 78: Dinosaur World Series .999 Fine Copper One Troy Ounce Round
A contemporary commemorative copper round from the Dinosaur World series. The obverse features a high-relief collage of prehistoric fauna, including a Tyrannosaurus Rex, Triceratops, a sauropod, and pterosaurs, set against a volcanic landscape with palm trees. Struck inscriptions include the series title DINOSAUR WORLD in large embossed lettering to the centre and the legend ONE TROY OUNCE .999 FINE COPPER along the lower border. The reverse depicts a colourised Ceratosaurus within a forest environment, with the name CERATOSAURUS embossed in copper-tone lettering along the lower edge. No maker’s marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the item.
