Lot 70: UK 2021 The Royal Arms Silver 10 Pounds Coin
A 2021 British 10-ounce silver bullion coin, of circular form with a milled edge. The obverse depicts a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II wearing a diadem, set against a textured guilloche background. The legend is inscribed 10 POUNDS ELIZABETH II D · G · REG · F · D and the struck initials J.C appear below the neck truncation. The reverse features a heraldic design comprising a central shield supported by a crowned lion and a unicorn. A garter surrounding the shield is inscribed HONI SOIT QUI MAL Y PENSE, with a banner below reading DIEU ET MON DROIT. The base is decorated with floral motifs including a rose, thistle, and shamrock, positioned alongside a struck monogram TH. The design is set against a background of radial lines, and the outer rim is inscribed 2021 10oz FINE SILVER 999.

Condition report:
The coin shows signs of environmental exposure and handling. The obverse exhibits significant surface scratching and scuffing across the portrait and field (photo 3), along with areas of milk spotting and toning. The reverse shows minor handling marks and a small dark inclusion on the garter near the O of SOIT (photo 2). Slight oxidation and toning are visible along the bottom rim of the reverse (photo 2). Minor nicks are present on the milled edge. The coin is not accompanied by a protective capsule or original packaging.
