Lot 102: A .999 Fine Silver Darth Vader Novelty Bullion Bar
A .999 fine silver bullion bar of rectangular form with rounded corners. The obverse is decorated with an engraving of the character Darth Vader’s helmet positioned above the struck legend DARTH VADER in a stylised typeface. The reverse is struck with a square logo divided into four quadrants containing the letters P, U, R, and E, adjacent to the inscription 999 FINE SILVER. No other maker’s marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the item.
Condition report:
The bullion bar shows signs of handling and environmental exposure. The obverse displays numerous fine surface scratches and visible toning across the metal, including a dark localised blemish on the upper section of the helmet engraving. The reverse exhibits similar light surface scratches and tarnish. The item is supplied in a cardboard and plastic film coin flip.
