A Rotary ladies’ wristwatch, reference 10677, featuring a circular white dial housed within a rectangular metal case. The dial displays gold-tone Roman numerals at the twelve, three, six, and nine o’clock positions, interspersed with eight colorless stone-set hour markers. It is fitted with gold-tone hour and minute hands and bears the printed winged logo and name ROTARY below the twelve o’clock position. The watch is integrated into a metal brick-link bracelet with a fold-over clasp. The polished case back is engraved with a circular seal containing the ROTARY name and winged logo above the text SINCE 1895. The lower curve of the seal reads REF 10677 – BATT. UC318, with the serial number PO – 001710 struck below. An arrow pointing to a pry-notch is accompanied by the word OPEN.
Condition report:
The watch shows visible signs of wear and handling. There is significant rubbing and loss to the gold-toned finish across the case and bracelet links, particularly on the edges and raised surfaces, revealing a darker base metal beneath (photo 2). The case back displays numerous fine surface scratches. The crystal and dial appear to be in good order. The watch is currently non-functional and likely requires a replacement battery. No box or papers are supplied.
