A contemporary US Coca-Cola silver round, of circular form, struck in 999 fine silver. The obverse is decorated with a contour bottle against a field of stars and stripes, with a central blue ribbon featuring white script. The reverse has a brushed horizontal finish. The round is housed in a clear plastic capsule mounted within a printed illustrative display card. Struck inscriptions on the obverse read USA 1776, COCA-COLA, and COKE. 1886. Struck inscriptions on the reverse read 1 OZ 999.0 AG, COCA-COLA, REG. U.S. PAT. OFF., and USA, above the copyright legend THE COCA-COLA COMPANY. The display card features a collage of historical advertising graphics on the front, while the reverse is printed with the legends 1OZ PURE SILVER ROUND, CERTIFICATE NUMBER: 05501, and MINTAGE: 10000. No maker’s marks or signatures are visible on the round or packaging.
