This lot comprises seven 1000-piece jigsaw puzzles manufactured by Gibsons. The collection features various pictorial scenes including GARDEN IN BLOOM, BEACHCOMBER’S GARDEN, VERITY’S VILLAGE, and THE GLASS SLIPPER, all by the artist JANICE DAUGHTERS. Also included are SEASIDE SOUVENIRS by TONY RYAN, CHRISTMAS EMPORIUM by EDUARD, and a rural landscape featuring horses and a watermill by JANICE DAUGHTERS with a title ending in ENTAL. The puzzles are contained within their original illustrated packaging. Each box is printed with the GIBSONS brand name and the piece count of 1000. Several examples feature a circular logo reading PLANET FRIENDLY PUZZLE around a globe icon. One box is marked with a blue crest bearing the year 1919 and the text PART OF THE FAMILY SINCE. No maker’s marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the puzzle pieces themselves.
Condition report:
The puzzles and their packaging show signs of light handling. The illustrated boxes exhibit minor shelf wear to the edges and corners, including small scuffs and indentations (photo 1). The internal contents have not been counted and the completeness of each puzzle is unverified. Each puzzle is supplied in its original illustrated box.
