A 1 gram fine silver bar produced by the Wessex Mint, of rectangular form. The obverse features a depiction of the Archangel Michael with wings and a halo, holding a sword and a shield bearing a cross. To the left of the figure, the legend ARCHANGEL MICHAEL is struck vertically. The lower portion displays a circular struck device containing the characters P and M in a runic style over a triskele symbol, followed by the text Wessex Mint. The base is stamped with the weight 1 GRAM and fineness 999 FINE SILVER. No other maker’s marks, signatures, or labels are visible.

Condition report:
The bar shows signs of environmental exposure and handling. The obverse displays heavy dark toning and patination across the entire surface (photo 1). Numerous fine surface scratches and minor nicks are visible along the raised edges (photo 1). No protective capsule or original packaging is present.
