This lot comprises two matching 1g fractional bullion bars, each struck in fine silver. The bars are of rectangular form and feature an obverse depiction of Britannia holding a trident and a Union Jack shield, accompanied by the inscription BRITANNIA. Each bar is also struck with a circular mark containing a stylised PM monogram and the text WESSEX MINT, together with the weight and fineness declarations 1 GRAM and 999 FINE SILVER. The pair is presented within a black card assay package, which is printed with the name WESSEX MINT and the text 2 X 1G 999 SOLID SILVER. A circular security hologram is affixed to the lower right corner of the card.
Total: 0.06 oz t .999 fine silver.
Condition report:
The bars are in uncirculated condition and show no visible signs of toning, milk spots, or contact marks. Both items remain sealed within the original clear plastic blister packaging. The black presentation card is in excellent condition with no visible creasing or edge wear, and the security hologram remains intact.
