The obverse features a left-facing uncrowned portrait of the monarch surrounded by the legend GEORGIVS V D G BRITT: OMN: REX F D IND: IMP:. Small initials B M are struck at the truncation of the neck. The reverse displays a stylised Art Deco motif known as the Rocking Horse type, inscribed C R O W N 1 9 3 5. The coin is struck in 0.500 fine silver. No maker’s marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the item.
Condition report:
The coin shows signs of environmental exposure and handling. The obverse exhibits heavy dark toning across the field and portrait, with numerous fine surface scratches and contact marks visible. The reverse shows uneven dark toning, wear to the high points of the central design, and various small scuffs and marks across the surface. No protective capsule or original packaging is supplied.
