This lot comprises two different styles of bicycle centre-mount double-legged kickstands. One stand is constructed with curved tubular metal legs featuring a black finish and textured feet. The mounting assembly includes a black bracket, a wing-shaped top plate, a hexagonal bolt, and a lock washer. The second stand features a Y-shaped junction leading to two tapering black metal legs with smooth end caps. This unit is fitted with a rectangular mounting block and a square backing plate with a single threaded bolt. No maker’s marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the items.
Condition report:
The kickstands show signs of use and handling. Both units exhibit minor chips and abrasions to the black finish, particularly visible on the mounting brackets and the lower sections of the legs (photo 1). The metal hardware, including the bolts and mounting plates, shows light surface oxidation and tarnish (photos 2 and 3). The feet on both stands remain intact and show scuffing consistent with contact with hard surfaces (photo 1).
