This novelty collectible banknote is styled after a Japanese 10,000 Yen note and features characters from the Naruto anime franchise. The piece is constructed from a flexible polymer substrate with a surface plating of gold leaf. The obverse displays a group portrait of characters including Naruto Uzumaki, Kakashi Hatake, Sakura Haruno, Jiraiya, Rock Lee, and Neji Hyuga. A printed emblem to the right reads 20th ANNIVERSARY. The lower centre bears a printed mark reading 24K Gold. Other printed inscriptions include NIPPON GINKO at the top centre, 10000 at the top right and bottom left, and YEN at the bottom left. A red character 忍 is printed at the left. The reverse features Kakashi Hatake in a combat pose beside a central floral emblem containing ten instances of the character 忍. The bottom centre includes a stylised NARUTO logo and the number 10000. To the left, printed text includes the Japanese characters 日本銀行券, 壱万円, and 日本銀行, alongside a red character 忍 and a stylised serial number reading LUCKY 333333. The precious metal content is limited to the micro-thin surface plating and is considered negligible for bullion purposes.
Condition report:
The item appears in excellent condition with no visible creases, tears, or surface abrasions to the gold foil on the obverse (photo 1) or reverse (photo 2). The edges are sharp and the surface remains flat and uniform.
