Two handcrafted flameworked glass figurines. The first figurine is a stylised rooster featuring a translucent pink body with a light pink, three-feather swept-up tail. The piece is finished with applied red glass for the comb, wattle, legs, and feet, along with a black glass beak and eyes. The second figurine is a standing dog, resembling a spaniel, made from opaque white glass with applied liver-coloured glass ears, a spot on the back, and a nose. The eyes are small black beads. Neither piece bears a maker’s mark or signature.
Height: 4cm to 10cm.
Condition report:
Both figurines are in good overall condition. There is no evidence of chips, cracks, or restoration to the glass extremities. Minor surface dust is present consistent with display.
