A rectangular silver bullion coin bar produced by Leipziger Edelmetallverarbeitung for the Solomon Islands. The piece is struck in 2.5g of .999 fine silver. The obverse features the right-facing portrait of Queen Elizabeth II by Ian Rank-Broadley, indicated by the initials IRB. Inscriptions on the obverse read SOLOMON ISLANDS, HALF DOLLAR, and 2,5 g FINE SILVER 999, with the LEV mint mark contained within a diamond at the base. The reverse depicts the Colosseum in Rome set against a polished field, with a small globe at the upper left and the date 2015 at the upper right.

Condition report:
The coin bar shows evidence of significant handling and wear. There are rough abrasions and nicks along all four perimeter edges. Both the obverse and reverse fields exhibit numerous surface scratches and scuff marks.
