This lot comprises a collection of 999.9 fine silver bullion coins from the Queen’s Beasts series, issued by the Royal Mint, UK, between 2016 and 2021. Each coin weighs 2 troy ounces and carries a face value of 5 Pounds. The collection includes the Lion of England (2016), Red Dragon of Wales (2017), Griffin of Edward III (2017), Unicorn of Scotland (2018), Black Bull of Clarence (2018), Yale of Beaufort (2019), White Lion of Mortimer (2020), White Horse of Hanover (2020), White Greyhound of Richmond (2021), and the series completion coin (2021). The obverses feature the fifth definitive portrait of Queen Elizabeth II by Jody Clark. The reverses display various heraldic beasts also designed by Clark, with his JC initials present on each design. The coins are housed in a black themed presentation case with a fitted interior and branded lid.


Condition report:

The coins appear to be in brilliant uncirculated condition, exhibiting high lustre and sharp strikes with no visible handling marks, wear, or toning. Each coin is individually protected within a clear plastic capsule. The presentation case is in excellent condition with no visible scuffs or damage to the hinge or interior lining.
