The reverse displays a central field inscribed 999, 50, GMS, and SILVER, enclosed by a border of intricate floral and foliate scrollwork and a heraldic lion mask at the bottom. The round has a reeded edge.

Condition report:
The item shows bright surfaces with minor handling scratches and light contact marks across both faces. Faint golden-brown toning is present around the outer edges. There is a small amount of dark oxidation within the deeper recesses of the reverse decoration.
