An assortment of vintage items and ephemera housed in a cardboard box. The collection features a mid-20th-century Coronet Cub subminiature camera, manufactured in Birmingham, England. The camera is constructed with a textured black body and a silver-tone metal lens plate inscribed with Coronet CUB and EVERY-DISTANCE F/10 LENS. It is accompanied by a bespoke brown moulded plastic carrying case featuring an embossed crown emblem. The lot includes a group of British coinage, notably several 1965 commemorative crowns depicting Winston Churchill, alongside various other circulated denominations. Additional items include a Royal Mail Mint Stamps presentation pack titled Christmas Robins from 1995, a blue booklet titled BRITAIN’S FIRST, and a small green vinyl folder for Williams Deacon’s Bank.
Condition report:
The Coronet Cub camera shows signs of age-related wear, including surface oxidation on the metal components and general scuffing to the body. The plastic carrying case has minor surface scratches. The coinage is in circulated condition with typical tarnish and toning. The Royal Mail stamp pack remains in its original protective sleeve and appears well-preserved. The paper and vinyl ephemera show light handling wear and minor creasing.
