A UK 1977 Silver Jubilee commemorative crown, denomination twenty-five new pence, presented in a promotional royal blue card folder issued by the Alliance Building Society. The cupro-nickel coin features the equestrian portrait of Queen Elizabeth II on the obverse with the legend ELIZABETH II D G REG F D and the date 1977. The card folder is printed with white text encircling the coin and the logo of the Alliance Building Society at the base.
Condition report:
The coin exhibits significant dark peripheral toning and surface oxidation across the obverse field. The card folder displays shelf wear, including surface scuffing, minor edge rubbing, and lightly bumped corners.
