This is a Peavey PVi Portable powered audio system, designed as an all-in-one mobile public address solution. The system is constructed with a suitcase-style format featuring two detachable speaker cabinets that latch onto a central mixer unit. The exterior is manufactured from molded black plastic with a retractable handle and integrated wheels for transport. The mixer section provides eight channels, consisting of four mono channels with XLR and 1/4 inch inputs, alongside two stereo channels. Each channel strip features a three-band equaliser with high, mid, and low controls, an effects/auxiliary send, and level controls. The central control panel includes a digital effects section with selectable delay and echo programmes, a seven-band master graphic equaliser, and an integrated MP3 player with a USB port. The rear of the mixer contains a storage compartment for cables. The units are marked with the Peavey logo and the text PVi PORTABLE POWERED AUDIO SYSTEM. The set includes two matching speakers, a Peavey TOP-III handheld dynamic microphone, two speaker cables with Speakon-style connectors, and a printed operating manual.
Condition report:
The system exhibits significant surface scuffing and white residue marking across the exterior plastic enclosures of both the mixer and speaker units. Dust is present within the cable storage compartment and across the metal speaker grilles. The main top handle on the mixer unit has two empty holes where covers or fasteners appear to be missing. This item has not been tested for electronic functionality or sound output.
