A collection of vintage small-format Garfield comic strip compilation books published by Ravette Books. This group contains several titles from the series Selected Garfield Cartoons by Jim Davis. The titles present are Garfield: The Great Lover, Garfield: Admit it, Odie’s O.K.!, Garfield: Why do you hate Mondays?, Garfield: We Love You Too (two different cover versions in pink and purple), Garfield: Here We Go Again, and Garfield: Here’s Looking At You. Each book features a colour illustrated paperback cover with the printed signature of artist Jim Davis. The Ravette publisher’s R logo is present on the front covers. These are UK editions, as indicated by the publisher and the regional auction context.
Condition report:
The books show signs of handling and age including visible creasing to the spines, wear to the corners and edges, and light surface marking to the covers. The bindings appear intact from an external inspection.
