A 1995 United Kingdom Brilliant Uncirculated £1 coin issued by the Royal Mint to commemorate Wales. The nickel-brass coin features the Welsh dragon passant design by Norman Sillman on the reverse, with the denomination ONE POUND. The obverse features the third definitive portrait of Queen Elizabeth II by Raphael Maklouf. The coin is housed in its original multi-coloured illustrated fold-out presentation folder containing historical information on Welsh heraldry. Included with the folder is a separate printed insert depicting the 1893 political cartoon SNUBBED from the Cardiff Evening Express.

Condition report:
Brilliant uncirculated. The coin remains in its original mint-issued state with full lustre and no evidence of circulation. The presentation folder and cartoon insert are in excellent condition with only negligible signs of shelf wear to the card edges.
