A pair of United Kingdom 50p coins presented in Change Checker collector cards. Each coin features the Britannia reverse design with the inscription NEW PENCE and the denomination 50. The coins are held in clear plastic mounts against blue card backings printed with UNITED KINGDOM and 50p. A holographic security strip is affixed to the base of each card, stating CERTIFIED BRILLIANT UNCIRCULATED and UNITED KINGDOM. The obverse portraits are not visible. This specific reverse design was originally issued in 1969 and reissued for the 50th anniversary of the 50p in 2019.
Condition report:
Items are in brilliant uncirculated condition as issued. The cards exhibit minor signs of handling, including light scuffing to the plastic windows and slight softening to the card corners.
